We're staying at Bed and Breakfast Inn Seattle, run by a lovely Fijian lady. Very welcoming and friendly and relaxed. It's in a residential area, but the building is huge and it feels like a home away from home.

Once refreshed we ventured out to discover what Seattle had to offer. It's offbeat, quirky and definitely grunge!!
We finished our walk at Toulouse Petite, recommended by a native Seattle (ite?). And it was not disappointing. Zenobia was less than impressed by the duck-blocking as we were eating by a fellow diner. It looked a little like this:
