What's a girl to do when left on to her own devices... Shopping! I found a map of local, independent shops in and around Vancouver and went exploring. The individual shops are in Main street, between 6th and 33rd street. Be warned- it's a looooong walk!

Granville public market is a busy active place full of goodies- a heaven for foodies!
And Kitsalano beach is full of sunbathers and beach volleyball players. Has a completely different vibe to English bay and great views of the mountains above Vancouver
